Pastor Mike is a second career pastor with 20 years of healthcare experience and a background in music. He has received degrees from Westminster Choir College, Chapman University and Onondaga Community College. He has a professional certificate from Wesley Theological Seminiary and has been review by The New York School of Ministry of the United Church of Christ and deemed to have the equivinacy of a Master's Degree in Divinity.  Pastor Mike was Ordained in the United Church of Christ, Susquehanna Association on October 7, 2007. Pastor Mike brings with him a long history of church music and participation as well as depth of understanding the organizational culture of churches. He has consulted with industry, healthcare intitutions and churches on the subject of organizational development and design.

Theologically, Pastor Mike beleives in the Great Commandment and the Great Commission. Love God, yourself and your neighbor and tell everyone you know!

Rollie has a number of years experience in church music. He has been a member of Danby Federated  Church all of his life! Rollie has learned both to sing and conduct from his vast experience with the Danby Federared Church Choir. Currently, Rollie is conducting the choir and taking on the ever present challenge of providing choral music for worship services.

Sidney recently retired from Cornell University with many years of experience in office management.  In her last position at Cornell she was the Administrative Assistant to the Chair of the Department of Education.  Sidney has been a member of the Danby Federated Church for approximately 35 years.

Bonnie has been our director for two years already and has been able to introduce our young people to the concept of participation in worship. She hs also been instrumental in introducing adults to discovery during church! Our C.E. time on Sunday's is called "Discovery" and there are about 12-15 adults that participate in a learning exercise and an additional 5-10 that participate in the learning activities for the children. Our program is growing steadily thanks in part to Bonnie Rathbun!
